Adult Resources : Strategy 2012
SP2 - Supporting Adult Volunteers
To develop and deliver a comprehensive package of support methods/material for adult members of the organisation to assist them in delivering the strategic priority of One Programme.
Update the Training Model to reflect the New Programme and to provide Scouters with Best Practice Training including Skills Training.
Develop a networking primary group facilitated in the area of lifelong learning outside of the Woodbadge Training model.
Create a 1:15 staff/youth ratio
