SP3 - An Organisation for 21st Century
Develop an organisation where structures and management systems are sensitive to the changing needs of society with the focus on the needs of the Youth Member.
Encourage Local Groups to take ownership of the organisation ensuring all members, at all levels, contributing to delivering quality scouting across the country.
Ensure the volunteer lead, professionally supported Organisation/structure has all the resources and management controls necessary to deliver and support scouting nationwide.
Proactively encourage and support the youth members to become actively involved in managing the organisation at all levels
