Are you ready for an adventure of a lifetime? Calling Rovers to join Agora 2024 in Sweden – an event crafted by Rovers, for Rovers.
Event Details:
- Date: April 3rd to April 7th, 2024
- Location: Göransborg Scout Centre, Tjörnarp, Sweden

Description and Objectives:
Agora 2024, organized by the European Scout Region, is designed with the Scout Method at its core to address contemporary issues crucial to younger generations. This edition of Agora is part of the Erasmus+ Earth Tribe Project, focusing on environmental sustainability.
Aims:
During Agora 2024, participants will:
- Acquire tools for organized expression and sustainability project planning.
- Explore diverse cultures and Rover Programs across Europe.
- Recognize their impact on society and participate in youth empowerment activities.
- Enhance personal development and share real-life experiences.
Participants’ Profile:
The organisers welcome Rovers aged 16 to 24 from any recognized Member Organization (NSO or NSA) of the WOSM European Region. Participants should be familiar with their organization's Rover Program and be open to diverse Scouting experiences. An interest in Environmental Sustainability is highly recommended.
Language:
English is the working language of Agora to facilitate effective communication among participants.
Participation Fee:
The standard participation fee is EUR 100. Thanks to ERASMUS+ funding, participants may benefit from a reduced fee and travel support of up to EUR 200.
Insurance:
Participants are responsible for their insurance coverage during the event and travel to/from the venue.

Please note that the event can accommodate a maximum of 60 participants. Scouting Ireland can guarantee at least one participant, with the possibility of endorsing additional registrations before the deadline. As such, please complete both forms as soon as possible.
