Northern Periphery and Artic Programme Annual Event - 9th November 2022, Bodø 🇳🇴
2022 is the European Year of Youth. So, the Northern Periphery and Artic Programme is proud to dedicate its Annual Event to young people in the Arctic and near-Arctic regions and how they contribute to making remote communities better for people and nature. The NPA are looking for one Rover from one of the following counties in Ireland to share their thoughts and experiences in making their local community better: Â
Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Monaghan, Sligo, Mayo, Roscommon, Galway and Galway City, Clare, Tipperary, Limerick City and County, Kerry, Cork and Cork City.
To represent Scouting Ireland at this event please submit a video or written presentation for why you would be perfect for the role to programmeservices@scouts.ie Â
Application Process:
- Submit your presentation by the 1st of October 2022
- Successful applicant will be notified on the 6th of October 2022
Travel Dates:
- Depart Dublin: 7th November
- Return Dublin: 10th November
The successful applicant will receive financial and peer support to participate in this opportunity pre departure and post return. Â
